All sessions will take place at Terre Haute South Vigo High School. The Camp Runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm each day (August 5th - 8th).
This summer volleyball camp is primarily designed to prepare the girls for middle school tryouts which begin at the start of the school year. The camp will be designed, however, to work with all skill levels. The girls will be separated onto separate courts based on experience/skill. All skills will be reviewed/taught during the week. A typical camp session will involve training skills, athletic development (footwork, jump roping, minor conditioning), skills testing, and coach-controlled scrimmages.
Experienced and talented COA travel coaches will design and lead all sessions
